Roles and Responsibilities
Oversee and manage overall operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
Develop and improve production systems to effectively meet customer requirements.
Control product quality, production costs, and delivery timelines.
Analyze operational issues and continuously improve workflows and processes.
Develop team capabilities and foster a professional working culture.
Report operational performance to senior management and propose strategies for organizational development.
Qualifications
Male, aged between 35–48 years.
Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Able to enhance production capabilities while maintaining quality and cost control.
Disciplined, responsible, and capable of driving the organization in alignment with company policies.
Highly motivated with a strong commitment to achieving goals and delivering results.
Growth mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
Strong leadership skills in coaching, supervising, and motivating teams.
Possess practical engineering knowledge and technical understanding (Engineering Sense). Candidates without an engineering degree but with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
Graduated from a leading university in Thailand is an advantage
